How do I know a Pub is a Pubwatch member?
Premises participating in Pubwatch schemes in their area can be identified by using the members lookup tool above or by the posters displayed at each premises.
Why should I become a member?
Primarily you should become a member to support the core values of Pubwatch and help to promote a safer social drinking environment for your customers. Membership helps you to achieve this by offering you:
- A pro-active programme of support
- Valuable input and influence important Pubwatch meetings
- Regular publications, news items and promotional materials
- A platform to promote your premises and its involvement with Pubwatch (via the PubwatchSurrey.com public-facing website)
- Membership at the PubwatchSurrey.com website enabling you to:
- Easily search offender records and incident reports
- Access ready-to-print banning posters
- View and contribute to relevant news in your area/watch
- View forthcoming meeting dates
- Share documents such as meetings of minutes
- Download promotional material such as marketing posters
What's expected of a Pubwatch member?
Members are expected to sign up to and abide by the protocols and procedures of their relevant scheme and attend regular meetings. They are also expected to act as responsible licensees in the day to day running of their premises.
How do I become a member?
Licensed premises can apply for membership through the members registration page. A representative will then contact you with information and advice about the scheme.
